OFFICIAL RULES
The Big Little Work Contest from @DurgadasAllonDuriel

1. Ordering a copy of The Little Work: Magic to Transform Your Everyday Life is required. Each paperback order counts as two entries, Kindle/eBook orders count as one. Subject to federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

2. Eligibility: Subject to the additional restrictions below, The Big Little Work Contest is only open to US residents who are 18 years or older at the time of entry. Participation in the contest constitutes entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to the Terms and Conditions and/or “Official Rules.”

3. Sponsor: The prizes in this contest were provided by Llewellyn Worldwide, 2143 Wooddale Drive, St. Paul, MN 55125. Llewellyn Worldwide is not involved in the administration of this contest and is not involved in it in any official capacity beyond providing the prizes. The decisions regarding the selection of winners and all other aspects of the contest shall be final and binding in all respects.  Llewellyn Worldwide will not be responsible for typographical, printing or other inadvertent errors in these Official Rules or in other materials relating to the contest.

4. Timing: The contest begins when the Instragram post announcing the contest is live on the Durgadas Allon Duriel Instagram page. The Instagram post will state the day the contest ends and when/how the winners will be announced. The prize drawings will occur no later than 8:00 a.m. on the day the contest ends. Administrator’s computer is the official time-keeping device for the contest.

5. How To Enter: Online Entry: During the contest period, go to @durgadasallonduriel on Instagram and submit your request for entry.
The following must be completed:
1. Like the contest post
2. Follow @durgadasallonduriel
3. Order The Little Work: Magic to Transform Your Everyday Life and DM @DurgadasAllonDuriel a picture of the order confirmation. Contestants may not receive a reply to this DM; the main entry will be checked against the Instagram comment. Paperback orders count as two entries, Kindle as one.
4. Tag one person in a comment who you think would enjoy this contest.
5. Specify in that comment your preference between prize package one and two.

Llewellyn Worldwide and Durgadas Allon Duriel will not be responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or illegible entries or for failure to receive entries due to transmission or technical failures of any kind, including, without limitation, malfunctioning of any network. All entries become property of Durgadas Allon Duriel and none will be returned.

Any questions regarding the number of entries submitted shall be determined by Durgadas Allon Duriel in his sole discretion, and Durgadas Allon Duriel reserves the right to disqualify any entries by persons determined to be tampering with or abusing any aspect of the contest.

6. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries.

7. Prizes and Odds: The first winner will receive their top choice package. The second winner will receive the remaining package.

8. Winner Notification and Acceptance:  Winners will be notified through direct messaging on Instagram and announced through an Instagram story from the @DurgadasAllonDuriel account wherein their account will be @ mentioned.
The winners have 14 days to respond with their mailing address via direct messaging to @DurgadasAllonDuriel. If the winners do not respond within 14 days, Durgadas Allon Duriel may select other winners. Durgadas Allon Duriel is not responsible for emails going into spam or junk folders. Prizes will not be shipped outside of the Continental United States. Prizes are nontransferable. No substitutions allowed by winners.

9.  Publicity: Except where prohibited, acceptance of any prize constitutes winner’s consent to the publication of his or her name, in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation.

10. General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Durgadas Allon Duriel. Durgadas Allon Duriel reserves the right to disqualify persons found tampering with or otherwise abusing any aspect of this contest as solely determined by Durgadas Allon Duriel. In the event the contest is compromised by a virus, non-authorized human intervention, tampering or other causes beyond the reasonable control of Durgadas Allon Duriel which corrupts or impairs the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the contest, Durgadas Allon Duriel reserves the right in his sole discretion to suspend, modify or terminate the contest. Should the contest be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, Durgadas Allon Duriel reserves the right to award prizes based on the entries received before the termination date.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability: By receipt of any prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless Durgadas Allon Duriel and Llewellyn Worldwide, and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies, and any entity involved in the development, production, implementation, administration or fulfillment of the contest, from and against any losses, damages, rights, claim or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of participation in the contest or resulting directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize awarded in connection with the contest.

12. Construction: The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

13. Instagram Giveaway:
Per Instagram rules, this promotion is in no way sponsored, administered, or associated with Instagram, Inc. By entering, entrants confirm that they are 18+ years of age, release Instagram of responsibility, and agree to Instagram’s terms of use.
