Worthy As You Are – Errata

First, thank you to everyone who has purchased Worthy As You Are. I am so thrilled that this book is now in your hands, tablets, etc.! That said, I am here to sadly let you know that there are three content mistakes in the first print edition of this book (the eBook has been corrected and the reprint file has been updated for future print editions):

Pg. 19 / Chapter 1 (this should be fixed on an insert that arrived with the book):

-The first sentence in point four was omitted. It should be “We strive to increase the amount we act in our lives in support of our wellbeing.” followed by the sentence that appears in point four.

Pg. 183 / Chapter 11:

-The first “old belief” should be: “Family is everything. If I don’t live up to my family’s expectations, I’ve failed.”

-The second “old belief” should be: “My parents messed me up for life and that is totally their fault. They should have done better and known better. I am trapped in what my family believes about me.”

Pg. 224 / Chapter 15:

-“As I affirmed to myself each day that I have not had effective coping skills, that thought began to pop up when I was anxious, like a reflex.” Should be “As I affirmed to myself each day that I have effective coping skills, that thought began to pop up when I was anxious, like a reflex.” (It is supposed to match the affirmation that is listed above it on this page – “I have effective coping skills.”)

I’m so sorry about this, folks. I found these while recording the audiobook. Thank you for taking the time to read Worthy As You Are!
